The class weaves together elements of dance, functional fitness, and mindful movement—helping you develop coordination, core strength, and body awareness. Movements are adaptable for different levels, whether your dancer is looking to lengthen tight muscles, build strength, or simply enjoy a low-impact, full-body workout.

Please visit our Dress Code page for all of our classes. **The studio offers tights, ballet, and jazz shoes in all sizes, and beginner tap shoes for all Creative Combo I, II, Kinder Combo, Jr. Combo, and Level 1/2 tappers.
