Acro-Tumbling

An Acrobatics/Tumbling Dance class combines the power and precision of acrobatics with the artistry and flow of dance. Dancers learn foundational tumbling skills—such as rolls, cartwheels, bridges, walkovers, and handsprings—while developing strength, flexibility, balance, and control.

Ballet

A Ballet Dance class focuses on the foundational technique, discipline, and artistry of classical dance. Contemporary

Jazz

Stretch and Strength

Tap

In Motion’s Tap class focuses on rhythm, timing, and musicality, using the feet as a percussive instrument to create sound and movement. Dancers learn foundational tap steps and progress to more intricate footwork patterns, developing clarity, speed, and control.
